What it is

The second volume of The Architect's Protocol asks what happens when truth loses its authority and power begins to write the law. It examines the doctrine that might makes right, which the book says is often presented as efficiency, security or progress, along with laws captured by the powerful and conflicts over land, energy, trade, debt and sanctions. It argues that tyranny confuses control with stability and produces brittle systems. The book separates moral restraint from theocratic control and proposes a higher-law order in which rulers, markets, institutions and citizens all answer to a standard above power.
